Post new incident
The first message becomes the initial timeline update. Set status to “investigating” unless you’ve already pinned the cause.

Live incident state unavailable until loaded.
Posting an incident writes incident.created to the admin audit log.
Public incidents propagate to status.driftstack.io through the Cloudflare Pages mirror
within about 60 seconds via the Hetzner poller and R2.
